At KALRANIX, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt, must be provided with the returned item.
• Certain items, including clearance and sale items, are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page for return eligibility.

Process for Returns

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify in your initial contact that you wish to exchange the item. Once the return is processed, we will issue an exchange order.
